Abstract
The development of artificial intelligence technology, has a major impact in various fields, including education. On the other hand, local wisdom as an integral part of the nation's cultural identity plays an important role in the learning process, especially in Social Studies. This article aims to explore the potential and integration strategies between Deep learning technology and local wisdom in social studies learning in secondary schools. The methodology used is a literature study and qualitative analysis of secondary data from scientific journals, academic books, and national education policies. The results show that Deep learning can increase the effectiveness of local wisdom-based learning through material personalization, cultural data classification, and learning recommendation system. In addition, this integration also strengthens students' understanding of the surrounding social and cultural context. This article recommends the development of AI-based learning platforms that accommodate local cultural content as well as teacher training in the ethical and effective application of technology.
